Chance of Cyclone developing -At 7:22AM this morning NHC report a Tropical Wave over the Central Atlantic located about 900 miles east of the Windward Islands producing limited showers and thunderstorms.

While Tropical Depression #16 is the attention for the Tropical Weather Outlook, which is expected to make landfall over Florida later this evening, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) is also monitor another area in the North Atlantic with possibility to develop to a tropical cyclone.

At 7:22AM this morning NHC report a Tropical Wave over the Central Atlantic located about 900 miles east of the Windward Islands producing limited showers and thunderstorms. The Hurricane Center noted that upper-level winds are becoming less favourable for development as it moves Westward to West-Northwestward at 15 to 20 mph.
