The ever controversial Lindsay Lohan has officially done six days in prison after reportly crying when she entered the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. on Tuesday! Damn, would how the ‘super-jail star’ is doing?

In an interview with her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said, “She is doing fine. She has made some friends.”

Responding to question about perks behind bars like a fancier room and a private guard her attorney told the publication: “We are not asking for special treatment from the court or the sheriff, nor is she receiving special treatment.”

Although sentenced to 90 days, Lohan is expected to serve far less than that. Holley explains, “I would like to ensure that she has received all the time credits to which she is entitled” from her previous time in custody. “I am hopeful that her sentence will be reduced once those credits are properly factored in.”

Holley, who briefly quit as Lohan’s counsel before stepping back in, couldn’t confirm the star’s exact release date. The Mean Girls actress was also ordered to spent 90 days in a rehab center when her jail time is over; which rehab is still up in the air.

“The doctor reports will play a part in the court’s determination of which facility it will be,” Holley is reported to have said.

The 24 year old actress is facing convicted for violating probation terms of a 2007 DUI case.
