Vogue Paris continues to break the mold, its March cover features an arresting shot of Rose Cordero, looking absolutely regal in Vuitton. The cover is a great tribute to Spring’s military inspired looks and Rose oozes strength and confidence in these Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott’s stylized images. In addition, Rose is also the first black model to get a solo cover of Vogue Paris since Liya Kebede back in 2002, which makes this cover a landmark.
The stunning 18-year old’s strength and confidence bring the pieces to life, which include a snakeskin belt around her neck, a navy blue jumpsuit and half-corset around her waist. It is with no surprise that this incredible model and cover are already making waves in the blogosphere.
